SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These SMS Terms and Conditions describe how SecureImpact uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate with customers who have opted in, and what to expect when you provide your mobile number to us.

Consent to Receive SMS

By providing your mobile phone number to SecureImpact and opting in — whether through our website's quote form, in person, or over the phone — you consent to receive text messages from us related to your project. Your phone number and consent are used only by SecureImpact and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Types of Messages You May Receive

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the stage of your project and the type of communication. As a general guide, you should expect up to about 4 messages per month while you have an active quote, appointment, or project with us. Frequency may be higher around a scheduled appointment or installation date.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SecureImpact does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to messages sent and received.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to SMS communications by checking the applicable consent box on our website's quote or contact form, or by verbally providing consent to a SecureImpact team member and confirming your mobile number.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and you will not receive further texts from that number unless you opt back in.

Help

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us directly at (904) 895-6995 or info@secureimpact.net.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network provider.

If You'd Rather Not Receive Texts

Opting in to SMS is never required to work with SecureImpact — you can simply leave the SMS consent option unchecked and we'll communicate with you by phone or email instead.
